Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Prospecting and generating leads through various means such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understanding clients' needs and preferences to offer suitable properties.
- Conducting property showings and tours for potential buyers.
- Listing properties for sale and ensuring they are marketed effectively.
- Advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to facilitate agreements that are mutually beneficial.
- Drafting and presenting offers and counteroffers.
- Facilitating the closing process, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
- Staying informed about the real estate market trends, prices, and regulations.
- Conducting comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.
- Maintaining client databases and files.
- Preparing and submitting documents such as contracts, agreements, and closing statements.
- Following up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and solicit referrals.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry knowledge, legal requirements, and professional best practices.
- Participating in training programs and workshops to improve skills and knowledge.
- Building and maintaining relationships with other real estate professionals, such as brokers, attorneys, lenders, and inspectors.
- Attending industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand professional network and knowledge.
- Adhering to ethical standards and real estate regulations.
- Ensuring all transactions comply with legal requirements and fair housing laws.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote properties.
- Utilizing online platforms, social media, and traditional marketing methods to attract buyers and sellers.
- Managing finances related to transactions, including commission structures, expenses, and budgeting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
