We are looking for **Real Estate** (Sales Executive).
- He / She should have Strong Common sense and presence of mind.

**Role & responsibilities**
- Identify and make outbound calls to potential clients from Pre Generated leads.
- Outreach New Clients and explain them about products
- Generate appointment with new clients to listen to their wishes and concern
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on property features and benefits.
- Manage client negotiations and closings.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of residential sales, property acquisition, and real estate.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
