Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads. Clearly explain project details, property offerings, and value propositions. Generate and qualify leads for the sales team. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Follow up with interested clients and schedule site visits or meetings with the sales team. Build strong rapport with potential customers using a soft-spoken and professional approach. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets.

**Required Skills**:*

Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.

Confident, polite, and professional phone etiquette.

Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel is an advantage.

Strong customer service and persuasion skills.

Prior tele calling or real estate experience is a plus, but freshers with good communication are welcome.

**Experience**: 1-3 years in tele calling, customer service, or real estate lead generation

**Min. Qualification**: Graduate in any stream

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Real estate sales: 1 year (preferred)
