We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing & Sales Executive to drive sales and strengthen our brand presence across online and offline channels.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads for residential/commercial projects.
  • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) with engaging content, campaigns, and ads.
  • Run paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and property portals (MagicBricks, 99Acres, , etc.).
  • Optimize website SEO/SEM for higher visibility and lead conversion.
  • Track, analyze, and report digital campaign performance (leads, CTR, CPL, ROI).
  • Coordinate with designers and content creators for brochures, creatives, and project videos.

Sales & Client Engagement

  • Contact, follow up, and convert leads generated from digital campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, and channel partners.
  • Understand client requirements, present suitable projects, and provide end-to-end support during the sales process.
  • Conduct site visits with prospective buyers and explain project features, amenities, and pricing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales and/or digital marketing (freshers with strong digital skills may also apply).
  • Proficiency in digital tools: Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, CRM software.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Result-oriented with a passion for sales and real estate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13, ₹22,000.00 per month
