**Key Responsibilities**

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will assist in executing and optimizing EEPL Classroom’s online marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive student enrollments. Your primary responsibilities include:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to generate innovative ideas.
- Respond to comments and messages to build community engagement.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve search rankings.
- Assist in creating backlinks and ensuring proper on-page and off-page SEO practices.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic using tools like Google Analytics.
- **Content Creation and Marketing**:

- Collaborate with the team to design infographics, videos, and other visual content.
- Proofread and ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone and guidelines.
- Track campaign performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- **Paid Advertising**:

- Assist in setting up and managing paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Suggest improvements based on insights from data analytics.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Pursuing/completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Basic understanding of social media platforms, SEO, and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of paid advertising platforms is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
