**Job Requirements**: Business Development Associate

It was founded in 2019 as a pilot project with a mission of providing Quality Medical facility and in 2021 re-inaugurated by the then governor and current president of India Smt. Draupadi Murmu and got fully incorporated from 2023. We take pride in building innovative, efficient, and robust solutions for our clients/customers; we are currently associated with more than 250+ Hospitals, 1500+ Doctor, 2 lac+ Customer base, 60k+ App Downloads and 15+ Diagnostic centre.
**Experience**: Freshers or Experienced with strong aptitude and marketing skills. Medical domain interest or experience will be an added Advantage.
**Key Required Skills**:
Master / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Positive Attitude, creative thinking, essential financial skills and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
**Required skill**:Need to know basic MS Excel, MS Word and ms office
**Communication Skill**: Should have Excellent English and Hindi Speaking Skills

**Roles and responsibilities**:
1.Identify New Sales Opportunities: Prospecting, lead generation, and qualifying potential customers.
2.Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Establishing trust, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
3.Conduct Needs Assessments: Understanding customers' needs, pain points, and goals to provide tailored solutions.
4.Develop and Present Sales Proposals: Creating and delivering persuasive pitches to close deals.
5.Negotiate and Close Deals: Using effective negotiation techniques to secure sales agreements.
6.Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently achieving or surpassing sales quotas and revenue goals.
7.Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Maintaining knowledge of market developments, competitor activity, and industry news.
8.Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Working with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies.
9.Provide Accurate Sales Forecasts: Delivering reliable sales pipeline forecasts to inform business decisions.
