As we expand our operations, we're seeking a highly motivated **Carrier Management Sales Executive** to join our dynamic team.

**Job Summary**

As a **Carrier Management Sales Executive**, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with transportation carriers, expanding our carrier network, and securing reliable and cost-effective capacity for our freight operations. You’ll serve as the key link between our logistics team and carrier partners, ensuring optimal service levels and mutually beneficial outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, engage, and on board new carrier partners across various transportation modes (OTR & Drayage).
- Manage and grow carrier relationships to ensure consistent availability and performance.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers while ensuring profitability and service quality.
- Monitor carrier performance, resolve service issues, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Sales, and Customer Service) to align capacity with demand.
- Analyse market trends and capacity data to support strategic sourcing decisions
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and TMS systems.

**Qualifications**
- 1+ years of experience in carrier sales, logistics, or transportation brokerage
- Strong understanding of US freight markets, carrier operations, and transportation regulations.
- Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in TMS, CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
