**Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct basic market research to identify potential clients and carriers.**:

- Learn and understand the company’s logistics services and operations to support the sales and carrier management process.
- Assist in maintaining and updating lead generation and carrier databases.
- **Support the CMT team in tracking, reporting, and managing logistics activities.**:
**Required Skills & Attributes**
- **Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.**:

- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- **Strong analytical and research abilities.**:

- Eagerness to learn and grow in the logistics and supply chain industry.
- **Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced night shift environment.**:

- Positive attitude, team spirit, and strong time management skills.

**Eligibility Conditions**:

- **No planned leaves for the next 6 months.**
