CMT Executive (US Logistics) – Fresher Role

Location: Sector 74 Mohali

Shift Timing: 6:00 p.m. – 3:00 a.m. (IST) | Night Shift

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days working)

About the Role: We are looking for energetic and motivated fresh graduates to join our Carrier Management Team (CMT) in the US Logistics domain. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in an international logistics environment, where you'll gain exposure to global clients and learn essential business and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct basic market research to identify potential clients and carriers.
  • Learn and understand the company's logistics services and operations to support the sales and carrier management process.
  • Connect with clients and carriers via phone or email to build professional relationships.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating lead generation and carrier databases.
  • Support the CMT team in tracking, reporting, and managing logistics activities.
  • Participate in email outreach and other communication initiatives.

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong analytical and research abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the logistics and supply chain industry.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced night shift environment.
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and strong time management skills.
