Void2one Solutions is Hiring Dispatch Coordinator (CMT)

Job role: A Dispatch Coordinator (CMT – Central Monitoring Team) is responsible for managing, monitoring, and coordinating daily dispatch operations between customers, truck drivers, and internal teams. They ensure smooth trip execution, timely vehicle movement, quick issue resolution, and accurate reporting to maintain service quality for corporate transportation operations.

Mandatory skills:

  • Strong communication skills (English & local language).
  • Relevant experience in dispatch CMT
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Patience and flexibility
  • Good knowledge of US routes, maps, and travel planning.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, TMS, GPS systems).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with drivers to ensure smooth pickup, delivery, and on-time dispatch of loads/trips.
  • Schedule and dispatch drivers, monitor live trips through the Transport Management System (TMS), and ensure accurate paperwork is maintained.
  • Track trip progress end-to-end: trip start, en-route updates, delays, cancellations, and last-mile completion.
  • Act as the central communication point for drivers, customers, vendors, and internal teams; handle calls related to delays, no-shows, breakdowns, or routing issues.
  • Manage real-time escalations, arrange alternate cabs/vehicles, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate trip logs, shift reports, exception logs, and driver records with 100% real-time system updates.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally while ensuring efficient, safe, and effective transport operations.
  • Use TMS, GPS, and dashboards to monitor workflow, resolve issues, and raise system tickets as needed.
