We are actively looking to hire a **CMT executives for our US logistics company. The Carrier Management Team (CMT)** plays a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of a logistics company’s transportation network, contributing to overall supply chain success.
- **Note**:_It is a night shift job._

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with transportation carriers, including trucking companies, rail carriers, air freight providers, and ocean freight lines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for carriers, handling communications and resolving issues promptly.
- Analyze freight rates and transportation costs to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize transportation spend.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, rate fluctuations, and competitive pricing.
- Manage seasonal and peak demand fluctuations by securing additional carrier capacity.
- Ensure carriers comply with all regulatory requirements, including safety, environmental, and labor regulations.
- Maintain documentation and records related to carrier compliance and performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 6 months experience in logistics industry.
- Minimum Graduation Required
- Excellent English communication
