Etegrity Services LLC is a US based, tech driven Talent Sourcing company, and we help clients, find better-qualified, motivated, technology professionals, faster and more efficiently, effectively and ethically.

Growth has led us to open a subsidiary, “Etegrity Services Private Ltd”. in India, and we are now looking to hire a few talented, ambitious HR graduates in India, to join and support our Talent Sourcing team.

**What’s the Opportunity**:
**What You will do**:

- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
- Assist TA Sourcing team, in improving key metrics like cost per hire, time to hire, quality of hire, and cost of vacancy
- Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
- Participate in organizing company events, job fairs, and careers days
- Research and report on competitive insights and market shifts, to help clients/hiring managers better understand their talent markets and take advantage of hiring opportunities.
- Attend and actively participate in networking and recruiting events, hack-a-thons, meetups, etc. to obtain referrals and recommendations.

**What You will need**:

- Basic understanding of recruiting, and good organizational skills
- Graduate in Human Resources Management or similar field
- Detail oriented, self-starter, intellectually curious, with ability to work independently and remotely (temporarily due to Covid), and focused on relationship building and results
- Tech savvy with knowledge on how and where to post job vacancies/positions on career websites and external recruitment portals/platforms
- Interest in learning about HR data and analytics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
- Energy, confidence, discretion, passion, tact, entrepreneurial spirit, and interpersonal sensitivity
- Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus
