**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month

**About the Opportunity**

We are looking for a **Talent Sourcing Executive** to join our HR team remotely. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior recruitment experience who are eager to develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct screening calls to evaluate profiles and shortlist potential hires
- Maintain organized recruitment records and update tracking sheets
- Participate in bulk hiring drives and virtual recruitment campaigns

**Who Can Apply**
- At least 6 months of recruitment experience (consultancy or corporate)
- Familiarity with hiring for BPO or volume-based roles is a plus
- Strong communication in both English and Hindi
- Must have a laptop and reliable internet connection
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the HR domain

**Selection Process**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
