**Responsibilities**:

- **Sourcing and Screening**:

- Assist in the development of a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- **Interview Coordination**:

- **Onboarding Support**:

- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
- Collaborate with HR and other teams to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- **Employer Branding**:

- Contribute to the development of TealHead's employer brand on social media and other platforms.
- Create engaging content to showcase the company culture and values.
- **Data Management**:

- Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the HR team to align recruitment efforts with overall HR strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in [HR/Business/Related field].
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with various sourcing platforms and recruitment tools is a plus.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
