Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying and attracting top talent, and supporting strategic hiring initiatives. You will play a crucial role in building a high-performing workforce by sourcing, screening, and coordinating with hiring managers to fill key positions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
- Source candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) regularly.
- Coordinate with hiring teams and provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events such as job fairs or campus hiring.
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and prepare reports for management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and labor market conditions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (in-house or agency).
- Strong sourcing skills with experience using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ATS software and recruitment analytics.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
