Job Title: Business Development Executive – Talent Solutions (Remote)
Location: Remote (India) Company: TheCophil Experience: 1–4 years in business development / client acquisition (preferably in recruitment, staffing, or IT services)

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calls, email campaigns, and networking
- Pitch TheCophil's recruitment solutions to decision‑makers (Founders, HR Heads, Hiring Managers)
- Manage the entire client acquisition cycle — from first contact to onboarding
- Understand client pain points and propose tailored hiring solutions
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
- Maintain and update sales pipeline, track metrics, and report progress
Must‑Have Skills
- Proven experience in business development / sales (preferably in recruitment or IT services)
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Strong LinkedIn networking and lead‑generation skills
- Ability to understand and pitch process‑driven solutions
- Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and comfortable working remotely
Good to Have
- Understanding of recruitment lifecycle and talent acquisition trends
