Talent Sourcing Lead, India

What you can expect

We're looking for a Talent Sourcing Lead to drive strategic sourcing excellence and lead a team of Talent Sourcing Partners within our APAC and EMEA region. This role will help to define sourcing best practices, champion data-driven decision-making, and partner closely with TA leadership and business stakeholders to deliver top-tier talent outcomes at scale.

About the Team

We support Zoom's overall business strategy by supporting the needs of our most important resource, our people. We help teams identify, hire, onboard, develop, reward, and continually improve the employee experience for all Zoomies.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and mentoring a team of Talent Sourcing Partners, fostering capability growth, accountability, and collaboration.
• Developing and executing scalable sourcing strategies across multiple regions, business areas and talent levels to meet evolving hiring needs.
• Partnering with TA leaders to anticipate demand, align priorities, and translate business goals into actionable sourcing plans.
• Leveraging market intelligence, competitive insights, and data analytics to inform pipeline strategy.
• Assisting in building, tracking, and reporting on sourcing performance metrics to evaluate pipeline health and team effectiveness.
• Ensuring consistency in candidate experience, employer brand representation, and inclusive sourcing practices.
• Driving adoption of sourcing tools, systems, and CRM best practices to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
• Leading special projects such as talent mapping and strategic sourcing pilots.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years leading or mentoring sourcing teams.
• Have expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, Boolean, CRM/ATS tools such as Workday).
• Have a proven ability to build and operationalize sourcing frameworks that scale across functions.
• Have excellent analytical acumen with experience using data to drive decisions and influence stakeholders.
• Have English language proficiency in a professional setting
• Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Have a data-driven mindset with an eye for continuous improvement
• Have previous tech and/or RPO company experience
