**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Amazon Ads.
- Manage and allocate a monthly ad budget of INR 40,000 to achieve the highest possible ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights, optimizing strategies for maximum effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine ad copy, targeting, and creatives.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and platform updates.
- Work closely with the client management team to align campaign objectives with client goals.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Amazon Ads.
- Proven track record of managing a minimum monthly ad spend of INR 40,000.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Experience with e-commerce and direct response marketing is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Amazon Advertising Console, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
