**Description**:
**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Google Display Network, Meta Search, Programmatic, and Amazon & Flipkart Marketplace
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand client goals and identify opportunities for growth
- Conduct market and audience research to inform campaign planning and optimization
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure optimal allocation across channels and campaigns
- Develop and execute tests to optimize campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Analyze campaign results and provide regular reporting and insights to internal teams and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and industry developments to inform campaign planning and optimization

**Skills & experience required to Succeed in this role**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing in a digital marketing agency or similar environment
- Deep understanding of performance marketing channels, including Google Ads, Google Display Network, Meta Search, Programmatic, and Amazon Marketplace
- Proven ability to execute and optimize effective performance marketing campaigns that drive results
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance marketing measurement and reporting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Proficiency in performance marketing planning and optimization tools, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Amazon Advertising
- Familiarity with website tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixel
