**What You'll Do**:

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, and graphs. Experience with VBA macros and data analysis tools is a plus. Ability to work with large datasets, identify data trends, and generate reports. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently to ensure data accuracy.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand their talent acquisition needs, provide guidance and support, and ensure the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs, analyze data to identify trends, and develop and implement strategies to optimize recruitment operations.
- Manage and develop a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to enhance their skills and performance.

**What You Know**:

- A minimum of 3+ years working in a Recruitment team as a Coordinator / Operations related role.
- Complete understanding of recruitment workflow.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Advance Knowledge of using Microsoft Office and GSuite.
- Ability to multitask and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Prior knowledge of working on an ATS.
- A strong operational mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced work environment.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
