Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a **ASO/SEO ** to lead the App Store/Google Play Optimization (ASO)/ Search Engine Optimization (SEO) practice with the goal of growing search traffic to our website and social media, and with maximizing our app store traffic and conversion rate

As a **ASO/SEO **, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing the overall company's ASO/SEO strategies and optimization.

**Responsibilities**
- Work on the strategy, planning, and execution of ASO/SEO initiatives for company website, app store and social media accounts, and incorporating technical and content requirements
- Track, analyse, research, and optimize keywords and rankings for our company brand and our games, as well as conduct competitive analysis
- Communicate closely with content and design team on creating high-quality content that can drive organic growth, and support existing marketing efforts
- Work seamlessly with members of the marketing team to develop integrated cross-channel digital approaches and opportunities
- Optimize AB tests on the app stores for increased download conversion rate and increased store page traffic
- Audit and analyses ASO/SEO performance identify issues, finding root-causes, and experimenting with solutions to improve performance at scale.
- Keep track of version releases for our games and make sure our ASO/SEO updates are accurately implemented into the stores

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Marketing or related field of study
- At least 1.5years of ASO/SEO experience
- Advanced experience with ASO/SEO and analytics tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, AppAnnie, Adjust, Appsflyer and similar tools
- Experience in managing and handling creative assets & metadata copies for platforms, as well as for A/B testing
- Ability to communicate results using data
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in an autonomous environment, proactive and persistent
- Ability to work well with team member across the offices
- Ability to handle pressure and work in fast-paced work environment
- Strong time management multitasking skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with overseas team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Surat - 395002, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- ASO: 1 year (preferred)
- PPC Campaign Management: 1 year (preferred)
