**Key Responsibilities**:
**Digital Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote products, services, or brand awareness.
- Stay updated with trends and technology in digital media to propose new ideas.
- **Content Creation & Management**:

- Coordinate with content creators and designers to create engaging digital content (blogs, social media posts, videos, infographics).
- Ensure consistency in tone and visual elements across all digital channels.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage company profiles on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow followers, engage with audiences, and increase visibility.
- Respond to comments and messages to maintain engagement.
- **Digital Advertising**:

- Plan and execute online ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Track and optimize paid advertising performance to meet KPIs such as clicks, conversions, or sales.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Work on improving the website’s visibility through SEO practices.
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure content is optimized for search engines.
- **Data Analytics & Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.
- Prepare reports on key metrics such as traffic, engagement, leads, conversions, and ROI.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**:

- Coordinate with marketing teams, content writers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Liaise with external agencies or influencers if necessary.

**Required Skills**:

- **Social Media Management**: Expertise in handling multiple social media platforms and their respective tools.
- **SEO Knowledge**: Understanding of SEO techniques to improve organic visibility.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative skills for content ideas and digital campaigns.
- **Communication & Collaboration**: Effective communication with both internal teams and external partners.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
