**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
1.Develop and execute comprehensive social media and digital media marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others.
2.Plan and manage both organic and paid campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
3.Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and drive conversions.
4.Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new opportunities and emerging platforms for marketing campaigns.
5.Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize campaigns and improve results.
6.Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
7.Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and publishing.
8.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as graphic designers and content writers, to create compelling and visually appealing content for campaigns.
9.Stay informed about the latest digital marketing tools, technologies, and best practices, incorporating them into our marketing strategies.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and executing organic and paid campaigns on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
3. Proficient in using social media management tools and advertising platforms to optimize campaigns and track performance.
4. Strong understanding of SEM (Search Engine Marketing) strategies and tactics.
5. Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and drive conversions.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
8. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results.
9. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
10.Familiarity with graphic design principles and content creation tools is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
