Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketer with 0-1 year of experience to help execute our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about digital trends, eager to learn, and ready to contribute fresh ideas to our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Assist in the development and execution of content across various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and email marketing.

Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence by creating engaging posts, monitoring trends, and interacting with followers.

SEO Optimization: Support the team in optimizing website content for search engines, including keyword research and on-page SEO tactics.

Email Marketing: Help create and manage email marketing campaigns, from drafting content to analyzing performance.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns.

Ad Campaigns: Assist in setting up and managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.

Collaboration: Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure a consistent brand message across all digital channels.

Learning and Development: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools, and be open to learning new skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

0-1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related field (internships or freelancing experience are a plus).

Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and content marketing.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, or similar platforms is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
