Roles & Responsibilities:
- Daily on-site visits to survey available properties for ongoing leads
- Finding the best property in their assigned area as per lead requirement
- Communicate with the property owner and get the property details
- Generating property details report and sharing it with CRE
- Conducting on-field site visits with clients and assisting clients with the required information
- Communicate with the client, get feedback about the property
- Creating client visit reports and sharing them with CRE
- Coordinating between customer and property owner for further information
- Assisting CRE in preparing term sheets by understanding property owner and client requirement
- Conduct field visits on daily basis to list hot properties, prepare reports and share records with executives
- Build close relationships with property owners

Qualification:
- A 12th pass.
- A minimum of 1 years of experience as field executive
Preferred industry - Real estate
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
