**Job Title**: Sales Freight Forwarding (Logistics)

**Location**: Thane, Navi Mumbai

**Salary**: 25,000- 40,000 INR

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Logistic Department experience is required.**

**Working Days**:Monday to Saturday(2nd Saturday off rest half day)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the freight forwarding and logistics sector. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.

**Client Management**: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Understand market trends and customer needs to position our services effectively.

**Market Research**: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitors, and opportunities. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and innovations.

**Solution Selling**:Provide consultative selling, working closely with clients to understand their logistics requirements and offer tailored solutions.

**Quote Preparation & Negotiation**:Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and pricing strategies for customers. Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining profitability.

**Cross-Department Collaboration**: Work closely with operations and other departments to ensure the successful execution of logistics services and customer requirements.

**Reporting**:Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Regularly update CRM systems with sales data.

**Customer Support**: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and follow through to ensure client satisfaction with the services provided.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales within the Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain industry.

**Knowledge**:Strong understanding of freight forwarding, international shipping, and logistics operations, including customs regulations, air, sea, and land transport.

**Sales Skills**: Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

**Customer Focus**: Strong ability to understand and meet the needs of clients while providing exceptional customer service.

**Problem-Solving**: Ability to think critically and offer logistics solutions that meet client objectives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
