Job Description Sales & Marketing Strategy: - Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for freight forwarding and logistics services - Align sales efforts with company goals to drive revenue growth and market expansion Client Portfolio Management: - Build and maintain a robust portfolio of clients across domestic and international markets - Ensure consistent engagement, service satisfaction, and client retention RFQ/RFP Management: - Handle end-to-end process of responding to RFQs and RFPs with a focus on value, accuracy, and timely submission - Coordinate with internal pricing and operations teams to ensure competitive proposals New Client Acquisition: - Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities within freight and logistics segments - Use industry insights and market intelligence to tap into emerging opportunities CRM & Sales Tracking: - Manage sales pipeline and client data through CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of opportunities and follow-ups - Generate regular sales reports to evaluate performance and forecast revenue Revenue & GP Targets: - Achieve assigned revenue and gross profit targets through structured sales planning and execution - Monitor key sales KPIs and implement corrective actions where required Service Expansion & Global Alliances: - Contribute to expanding the company's freight services portfolio across modes (air/sea/road) - Foster and manage partnerships with global freight agents and logistics networks
