**Job Title: Inside Sales (Logistic)**
**Location**: Thane, Navi Mumbai
**Salary**: 25,000- 32,000 INR
**Job Type**:Full-Time
**Logistic Department experience is required.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**: Identify potential clients and generate sales leads through research, cold calls, and follow-ups.
**Sales Support**: Qualify inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities. Provide customers with quotes and information about logistics services.
**Account Management**: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring continued satisfaction and repeat business.
**Collaboration**:Work closely with the sales and operations teams to deliver solutions tailored to customer requirements.
**Sales Reporting**:Track and report sales activity, maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure timely follow-ups.
**Customer Service**:Address client inquiries, and provide solutions, and support throughout the sales process to ensure smooth execution.

**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday(2nd Saturday off rest half day)
**Requirements**:
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively.
Basic knowledge of logistics services (shipping, freight forwarding, supply chain).
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
