- Job Description
- Co-ordination with sales Team and plan shipments based on customers requirement.
- Checking daily stock with plant & based on that release the daily invoicing plan
- Preparation of Pre /Post export documents
- Co-ordination with manufacturing sites for movement of shipments.
- To ensure there isn’t any additional cost incurred in form of detention or any extra charges and plan shipment accordingly.
- Negotiation with Freight Forwarder for Freight rates.
- Co-ordination with Freight forwarder, Transporter & Custom Broker for smooth sailing of shipment.
- Shipment intimation to the Customers
- Verification of Post shipment documents and submitting documents to banks within the stipulated time period
- Handling Customer Queries
- Handling all the audit related queries.
- Well versed in handling both LCL and FCL shipments.
- Complete Knowledge of preparing documents under Letter of Credit and LC Clause.
- Proficient in working on ERP system -TCS ION/SAP HANA
- Preparing Certificate of Origin/GSP, Insurance certificate and bank realisation certificates
- Liaising with shipping companies & Custom Broker’s.
- Preparing MIS reports.
- Check and close IDPMS and EDPMS open transactions
