**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in coordinating placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment events.
- Build and maintain relationships with companies and hiring partners.
- Guide students on resume writing, interview preparation, and career planning.
- Maintain and update student placement records and job opportunities.
- Follow up with recruiters and students for placement updates.
- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure students meet industry requirements.

**Requirements**:

- **Fresher** or prior internship experience in placement coordination, HR, or career counseling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment platforms is a plus.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.
