Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about the organization.

2. Administrative Support

Managing and maintaining appointment schedules, meetings, and conference room bookings.

Assisting with data entry, record maintenance, and filing.

Receiving and distributing incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries.

Monitoring office supplies and placing orders when necessary.

3. Communication Coordination

Acting as a point of contact between employees and external stakeholders.

Relaying messages accurately and promptly to the appropriate staff members.

4. Managing the Front Desk
