Administration Officer

Taking care of all admin related works for functioning day-to-day activities.
- Supporting the Top Management in developing/ formulating procedures, service standards and managing smooth business operational policies, planning & implementing effective control measures to minimize running costs.
- Liasioning with different departments.
- Maintaining every procedure and documenting all activities properly for audits.
- Preparing the stock registers, raising purchase orders and handling the collection of bills & vendor’s bills payment.
- Supervising house keeping & security and coordinating with their managements for smooth functioning.
- Maintaining proper filing and record keeping of expenses bills and other useful documents related to day-to-day activities.
- Vendor management, handling the accommodation, travel arrangements and logistics support for the employees
- Co-ordinating with banks for fund transfers, issue of chequebooks, statement of accounts etc.
- Looking after genset, UPS, smooth operations of ACs and other equipments.
- Responsible for Amcs of office Equipments, Office Insurances etc.
- Other General Tasks as specified by management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹9,341.28 - ₹39,999.32 per month
