**Role: Customer Support**

- Support sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
- Assist the sales team in converting leads into clients and managing client relationships.
- Create marketing materials, proposals, and presentations to attract new customers.
- Help run online and offline marketing campaigns with the marketing team.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth project execution post-sale.
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle and ensure the safety of the customer database.
- Address sales queries and provide proper feedback to close the loop with customers.
- Work closely with the costing team to prepare competitive quotes that benefit both the customer and the company.
- Follow up on orders from the sales team until the materials are delivered to the customer.
- Update the ERP system for order tracking and provide necessary reports to management.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales turnover reports from the ERP system and present to management.
- Track shipments and orders, providing necessary input to the production and marketing teams.
- Follow up with the sales director and management for any required approvals.
- Ensure 100% on-time delivery (OTD) by motivating the team and proactively addressing challenges.

**Note**:
**As this is Manufacturing sector, this role will not be as tele calling. In this role, you will be learning operations, logistics, dispatch**. This role will give you a career growth.
