Experience - 1-4 years- CCTV Controller
1. Monitoring operations of CCTV cameras on stations, sampling of the resources deployed on stations for uniform and availability, bus disruption events on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
2. Monitoring the traffic violation events on real time basis.
3. Dealing with external appellants with FIR reports for requirement related to CCTV footage and its associated work for footage verification and analysis.
4. Coordination with the AJL field team, L1 team (IT) for verification of the events occurred.
5. Activities related to IMS controller.
6. Generation of the CCTV operations summary reports and providing it to the shift supervisor on daily, weekly and monthly basis.**Specialization Description**
