**Job Summary**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Manage all IT-related issues at the head office and multiple construction sites, ensuring smooth and secure operations.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems including hardware, software, servers, and networks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across all sites, providing both remote and on-site support.
- Install, configure and maintain CCTV systems to ensure security at all locations.
- Handle office automation systems, ensuring efficient operation and integration with existing IT infrastructure.
- Manage domain and network administration, including user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring network security and data integrity.
- Coordinate with vendors for the procurement and maintenance of IT and automation equipment.
- Document IT and automation systems and procedures, maintaining accurate records of configurations and changes.
- Provide training and support to staff on IT systems, office automation, and security best practices.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies across all sites.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-4 years of prior experience in IT support, preferably in a construction or similar industry.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
- Proficient in Windows/Linux servers, network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN), and CCTV installation, configuration & maintenance. Experienced in office automation, domain management (Active Directory, Group Policies), and basic server/cloud administration.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Willing to travel frequently to various construction sites with a strong customer service orientation.

**Working Conditions**:

- Frequent travel to various construction sites as required.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when necessary.
