Key Responsibilities:

  • Security Operations Management

  • Supervise all security personnel and assign daily duties and responsibilities.

  • Ensure round-the-clock security coverage of premises, gates, and sensitive areas.
  • Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles as per policy.

  • Maintain proper functioning of CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.

  • Staff Supervision & Training

  • Conduct regular briefings and training sessions for security staff.

  • Prepare duty rosters, attendance, and shift schedules.

  • Evaluate performance and ensure discipline among guards.

  • Incident Management

  • Respond promptly to emergencies such as theft, fire, accidents, or security breaches.

  • Prepare detailed incident and investigation reports.

  • Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required.

  • Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain security logs, visitor registers, and gate passes accurately.

  • Ensure compliance with company security policies and statutory requirements.

  • Conduct periodic audits and inspections to identify risks or lapses.

  • Asset Protection

  • Prevent unauthorized access and safeguard company assets and materials.

  • Supervise loading/unloading and movement of materials as per gate pass procedures.

  • Liaison & Coordination

  • Coordinate with Admin and HR for employee ID cards and disciplinary matters.

  • Liaise with external security agencies and vendors for manpower and system maintenance.
