Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping team.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization, while providing exceptional leadership and guidance to your team.

Responsibilities:

-Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure high

-quality cleaning standards

  • Assign tasks and duties to team members

  • Monitor and control inventory of cleaning supplies.

  • Train new staff members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback

  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional manner

  • Maintain accurate records and reports

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

  • Implement and maintain safety and security protocols _Requirements:

  • 3+ years of housekeeping experience, with in a supervisory role

  • High school If Hotel Management College

  • communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
