**Job Title: CCTV Supervisor**

**Job Summary**:
The CCTV Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operation of the CCTV control room and the performance of CCTV operators. This role involves monitoring security cameras, reviewing recorded footage, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and coordinating with other security personnel to maintain the safety and security of the premises. The CCTV Supervisor also plays a critical role in incident response and ensuring that all surveillance equipment is functioning optimally.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Education**: 12th Pass & above. Having Knowledge in security management & Operation of CCTV, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a security role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory position within a CCTV or surveillance environment.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in the use of CCTV systems, video management software, and other security technologies. Basic IT skills are also essential.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications in security or CCTV operations are an advantage.

- May require occasional physical activity during site visits or emergency situations.

**Salary Scale**:
18K-20K per Month, **(Non-Compliant).**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Management**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the CCTV control room and ensure all surveillance activities are conducted in line with company policies.
- Supervise and provide guidance to CCTV operators, ensuring they are vigilant, focused, and compliant with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Develop and implement schedules for CCTV operators to ensure continuous monitoring of the premises.
- **CCTV Monitoring**:

- Monitor live and recorded video feeds from security cameras to detect and respond to suspicious activities, safety hazards, or security breaches.
- Ensure that all surveillance footage is reviewed regularly and stored securely as per company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with the security team to respond to any incidents captured on CCTV.
- **Incident Management**:

- Respond promptly to any incidents or alarms raised by CCTV operators, initiating appropriate actions such as alerting on-site security personnel or contacting emergency services.
- Document all incidents accurately and maintain detailed records for future reference or investigations.
- Assist in investigations by providing relevant CCTV footage and supporting information to authorities or internal departments.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Ensure that all CCTV equipment, including cameras, monitors, and recording devices, is functioning correctly and report any malfunctions or technical issues to the relevant department for timely repairs.
- Conduct routine checks on surveillance equipment to verify that it is in good working order and that backups are being made correctly.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure that all CCTV operations are conducted in compliance with local laws, regulations, and internal policies related to privacy and data protection.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on CCTV operations, including incidents, equipment status, and operator performance.
- Assist in developing and updating CCTV-related policies and procedures to enhance security operations.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Liaise with other security personnel, management, and external agencies (e.g., law enforcement) to ensure a coordinated response to security incidents.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the CCTV control room.
