Job Title: Facility Manager
- Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks, Oversee staff on a daily basis
- Knowledge about Cinema Housekeeping standards and knowledge of HK chemicals of use.
- Basic knowledge on CCTV recording check ( Training will be provided for CCTV audit procedures )
- Check Audis and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness
- Write and submit security reports
- Assign work areas for officers to patrol
- schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
- Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
- Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
- Respond to customer complaints and special requests
- Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber gloves
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
- Ensure all security systems, like the burglar alarms and CCTV are working properly

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
