Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Facility supervisor to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of our office facilities. The ideal candidate will have expertise in facility management, electrical systems, housekeeping, and manpower management. Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Facility Management:

- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of office facilities

- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the workspace

- Manage housekeeping staff and vendors

  1. Technical Knowledge:

- Basic understanding of electrical systems and maintenance

- Familiarity with IT systems and infrastructure

- Knowledge of fire safety systems and procedures

  1. Manpower Management:

- Supervise and manage housekeeping and maintenance staff

- Coordinate schedules, training, and performance evaluations

  1. Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare and maintain reports on facility maintenance, repairs, and services

- Track and record maintenance activities, issues, and resolutions

  1. Client Interaction:

- Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders

- Respond to client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  1. General:

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures

- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance facility operations

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Facility Management, preferred

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in facility management, preferably in an office setting

  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, IT infrastructure, and fire safety systems

  • Decent communication, excellent interpersonal, and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of facility management software

Preferred Skills:
