We have an excellent opportunity for the profile of **Operations and Compliance.**

**Qualification**: Prior experience at a PMS is needed.

**Experience**: 2-4 years

**Location**: Tardeo / Worli

1. Operations Management
+ on-boarding of clients with the relevant documentation; maintain
all the relevant documentation (disclosure document, on-boarding
documentation) as per SEBI guidelines
+ ensure timely execution of trades, settlements and
reconciliation process with the custodian, fund accounting and
brokers
+ develop operational procedures and policies
2. SEBI Compliances
+ Implement internal policies, controls and procedures as per
SEBI regulations (investor charter, organizational trades etc)
+ Stay updated with changes in regulations and ensure the firm's
compliance with new regulatory requirements.
+ Handle SEBI inspections and audits, and ensure timely and
accurate submission of regulatory filings and reports

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Portfolio management: 2 years (preferred)
- Sebi Compliance management: 2 years (preferred)
