Job Description:
1. Managing office coordination work with intelligent and efficient actions.
2. Attending phone calls and replying in smooth manner
4. Maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
5. Managing Couriers and maintain records in Excel.
6. Assist the sales team with administrative activities.
7. Manage stocks and maintain data in excel etc.
**Requirements**:
1, Any Post graduate/Graduate with experience in office coordination.
3. Should be excellent in Microsoft Excel, Word & power point. Excellent communication skills and good English.
4. Highly organized and good administration ability
5. Hard working, self-motivated, honest and dedicated.
6. Additional languages prefered.
