**Job Title: Inside Sales Coordinator**

We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team at our Nehru Place location in the cosmetic industry. The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for driving sales through proactive outbound calling, nurturing leads, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calling campaigns to generate leads and qualify prospects for our cosmetic products.
- Initiate outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote new products, special offers, and sales promotions.
- Provide product information, pricing details, and delivery timelines to customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, leads generated, and sales conversions, using CRM software.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and improve sales strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in sales training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or cold calling, preferably in the cosmetic industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers over the phone and build rapport.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on closing sales and achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Resides in or willing to relocate to Nehru Place, India.

**Salary Range**:
The salary for this position ranges from 22,000 to 28,000 INR per month, depending on qualifications and experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
