
Sales Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Follow-Up**:
- Regular follow-up with existing and potential customers for orders, payments, and feedback.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries in coordination with internal teams.
- **Sales Support & Coordination**:
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, operations) to ensure timely execution of orders.
- Assist the sales team with quotations, proposals, and documentation.
- **Team & Inter-Department Coordination**:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and business initiatives.
- Act as a communication bridge between sales, finance, logistics, and other departments.
- **Reporting & Analytics**:
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using **Advanced Excel** (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, etc.).
- Generate customer and product performance reports and sales forecasts.
- **Presentation Preparation**:
- Create business presentations and sales decks using **Microsoft PowerPoint** for internal and external meetings.
- **Account Reconciliation**:
- Coordinate with the finance team and customers to reconcile account discrepancies and follow up on pending payments.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- Proven experience in sales coordination or support roles (3-6 years).
- Strong proficiency in **Advanced Excel** (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).
- Proficiency in **PowerPoint** for creating professional presentations.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (preferred).
**Educational Qualifications**:
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce / Business Administration preferred).
- Additional certification in Excel / data analysis is a plus.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
