Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to be the backbone of our sales department. This role is crucial for managing our online presence and ensuring all sales-related inquiries, leads, and communications are handled efficiently. The ideal candidate is a skilled multi-tasker with a strong customer-centric approach, capable of managing social media, inbound calls, and leads with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management: Handle all social media channels (e.g., Meta, Instagram) to engage with our audience, respond to comments, and manage customer inquiries.

Lead Generation & Management: Actively monitor and manage inbound leads from various sources (social media, website, phone), qualify them, and ensure they are properly tracked and followed up on.

Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries via phone, text, and email. Respond to questions, resolve issues, and provide timely information.

Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with scheduling appointments, preparing sales materials, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.

IVR System Management: Monitor and troubleshoot our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system to ensure smooth call routing and a professional caller experience.

Reporting: Assist in generating weekly and monthly reports on social media engagement, lead status, and sales team activities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a sales support, sales coordination, or administrative role.

Strong proficiency in social media platforms, particularly Meta Business Suite.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with any CRM softwares.

Ability to manage a high volume of calls and texts while maintaining professionalism.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Required Information:

Education: "Bachelor's degree".

Experience:"1 year of Sales Coordination" or "2 years of Customer Service."

Languages: English, Hindi.
