**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and draft **project proposals, concept notes, and reports** for funding opportunities.
- Design and manage the **Management Information System (MIS)** to track project progress and outcomes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data for **decision-making and reporting**.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with funding agency requirements and organizational policies.
- Support the **Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)** team in data-driven decision-making.
- Work closely with different teams to ensure smooth implementation of projects.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Social Work,Rural management Management, IT, Computer Science, Statistics, Development Studies, or related fields**.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Data Management, Report Writing, and Proposal Development**.
- **Experience**:

- Freshers with strong writing and analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
- 1-2 years of experience in project proposal writing, MIS management, or M&E preferred.
- **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.**:

- **Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi/Odia.**:

- **Ability to work independently and within a team environment.**
