**Positions & Criteria**:

- **Contract Management Expert (20 Nos.)**: Diploma in Civil/Electrical/Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering (as required for respective dept.) with minimum 08 years' experience in survey, Auto CAD, preparation of GAD, ESP/SIP, structural drawing, LWR Plans etc. pertaining to construction industry.
- **Surveyor cum Auto CAD expert (18 Nos.)**: Diploma in Civil/Electrical/Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering (as required for respective dept.) with minimum 05 years' experience in survey, Auto CAD, preparation of GAD, ESP/SIP, structural drawing, LWR Plans etc. pertaining to construction industry.
- **Project Scheduler and Data operator (22 Nos.)**: PG DCA/Diploma in Computer Application/Diploma or Degree in Construction management with 03 years’ experience and well versed with working on MSP, Primavera, Text Editors, Presentation softwares, Spreadsheets, Data Entry Operations etc. having PMP Certification.
- **Law Cum Arbitration and Expert (5 Nos.)**: Graduation in Law and 05 years' experience in legal matter.
- **Land Acquisition Expert (4 Nos.)**: Graduation with 03 years’ Land Acquisition Experience which includes Land Survey and preparation of proposal for purchase of private land/Govt. Land/Forest Land, liaison with State Govt. Revenue and Forest Authorities etc.
- **Architect (4 Nos.) **:B.Arch degree from a recognized university having minimum 10 years’ experience in the field of Buildings/ structures.
- **Section Officer Accounts (2 Nos.) **:Graduation with minimum 20 years’ experience in Railway Accounts and knowledge in vetting of estimates, finance proposals like variations, tender documents etc. Experience in Railway Construction Finance work will be preferable.
