We are seeking a Senior BDE (IT) to drive business growth by generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing deals for our IT solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in IT sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients in IT, fintech, startups, e-commerce, and other sectors.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Solution Selling: Understand client needs and propose IT solutions (software, mobile apps, websites, digital marketing) tailored to their business goals.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and KPIs.
- Proposal & Presentation: Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and conduct persuasive client presentations and demos.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 3–7 years of proven IT sales / business development experience.
- Strong knowledge of software development, app development, web design, and digital marketing services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage client relationships independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly/Quarterly sales revenue achieved.
- Number of new clients acquired.
- Proposal conversion rate.
- Client retention and satisfaction.
- Market and competitor insights submitted regularly.
