**Key Responsibilities**:

- Tele-calling & Cold Calling: Reach out to prospects and follow up on incoming leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and successful deal closures.
- Conduct market research to identify and tap into high-demand commercial areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and clients seeking retail spaces.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings, showcasing available retail spaces.
- Negotiate rental agreements and close deals efficiently.
- Provide daily reporting to management on leads, conversions, and other key metrics.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of required documentation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies.
- Continuously work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in sales, **mandatory in real estate**.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in tele-calling and cold calling.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work collaboratively with a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local real estate markets is essential.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
