Position Title GM -Marketing Company SHREE SHIVAM ATTIRES PVT. LTD. Reports To Director Division / Department Marketing 1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Marketing manager responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytic tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects. 1. Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door 2. Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from idealization to execution 3. Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content creation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copy writing, performance analysis 4. Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors 5. Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely 6. Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures 7. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals 8. Collaboration with other Retailers, clients. 9. Collaboration with other brnad pramotions 2 2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES ACCOUNTABILITIES MAJOR ACTIVITIES Strategy development - Assist Marketing team to formulate brand plan and propose various Marketing strategies in accordance to corporate policy for hospital brand. - To take care of all the publishing product of the Shree Shivem namely: information booklet, leaflets, handbills, brochure, and other related materials. These shall include the content, design, creativity and proof - reading etc. - To plan various activities as per the phase wise Marketing Strategic plans. - To execute the various activities planned as per the phase wise Marketing plans for example,Workshop Fashion shows, customer relation plan, Life - Style Management Program Etc. - To explore newer geographical area new markets, for customer target for Shree Shiavm. - To explore new product feasibility for business plan. - To do regular fieldwork to understand and develop sound marketing plan. - Participate in Target planning. - Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products. - Design marketing department incentive and take approval from Director - Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, & promotional staff & activities. - Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and campaign - Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activity and results. 3 Strategy implementation - Determine and manage the marketing budget. - Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget. - Liaison with media and advertising for content and strategy implementation - The instruction, participates in the market the development, the channel management and some routine work. - Branding & Promotion of hospital services, products & events. - Identify the branding & promotional media of the region. - Implement new branding and promotional strategies. - Coordinate for various community related programs developed by the marketing department. Opportunity identification - Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing & future products. - Analysis of customer research & current market conditions - Establish contacts with various sources of referrals, including referral Retailers, clients and Apparels Stores and increase customer flow. - Ensure meeting with source of referral and ensure increase in referral base. - Coordinate with PR agencies. - Identify clinical need, scope of service and requirement of the region. Collaboration - Will be responsible for Collaboration with Associates for providing reference to the patients - Participate in Vendor Negotiation if required. Branding - For internal Branding responsible for take care of all the publishing material of the Shree Shivam namely: information booklet, leaflets, handbills, brochure, and other related materials. These shall include the content, design, creativity and proof - reading etc 4 - For external Branding will responsible for handling advertisement (outdoor, Media and digital), events and canopy Activities. Team Training - Provide training to the subordinate and develop second line - Training Plan and record has to be maintain - KRA and KPI of team Documentation and reporting - Weekly progress report should be submitted in brief to management about the activities assigned. - Monthly detailed report of the activity should be submitted to the management - Daily & weekly performance report. - Collect feedback from the Associate field. - Monthly report
